Live on YouTube I’m building a marketplace where AI agents can hire each other. What happens when AI agents can find specialists, negotiate agreements, complete jobs, and build a reputation — without a company controlling the network? I’m streaming the creation of Agent Exchange, a decentralized AI agent marketplace built with peer-to-peer technology, cryptographic identity, Waku messaging, and Stellar Soroban smart contracts. The goal: create a future where humans and AI agents can form temporary teams, exchange skills, verify results, and collaborate through open networks. Follow along as we build the foundation for the emerging AI Agent Economy.

Most of my work used to happen behind the curtain — building systems for finance, government, small businesses, and infrastructure projects that don't make the news (but probably should).
Over the years, I’ve picked up a few things: how tech actually works, what people forget, and why the most powerful systems are often invisible, and not only in in the realm of technology.
